‘Working primarily on the early stages of projects, I’m getting great insight into the progression from conceptual ideas to working projects’.

Eanna’s current project involves a confidential dairy powder production facility.   ‘At the moment I’m preparing process equipment tender packages for a dairy powder facility capacity upgrade.  Managing a range of resources to ensure that we meet our client deadlines has allowed me to develop my communication and personnel management skills.  I’m enjoying working within a multi-discipline team with people from a range of different backgrounds’.

The most useful piece of advice you have received?
‘Learn to recognise different people’s personalities and adapt your communication to suit’.
